Successfully completed the construction of a Class A speculative office suite featuring contemporary design and premium finishes throughout. The space includes an inviting reception area, glass-front phone rooms, and an open office environment that maximizes natural light while promoting collaboration and flexibility. High-end architectural details, exposed ceilings, modern lighting fixtures, and luxury flooring create a sophisticated and move-in-ready workplace experience. The suite was delivered on schedule and within budget, providing a turnkey solution designed to attract and accommodate a wide range of tenants.

Loft 18
Successfully delivered a modern tenant amenity center designed to enhance collaboration, productivity, and employee engagement. The project included a state-of-the-art training room equipped with a large interactive touchscreen display, an executive conference room for high-level meetings, and private phone rooms to support focused work and virtual communication. Additional amenities featured a gaming area for recreation and team building, along with a comfortable lounge space complete with a wet bar, creating an inviting environment for relaxation and informal collaboration. The project was completed on meeting the client’s vision for a flexible, high-quality workplace experience.
